Edificadora del Este is a Costa Rican family owned construction company with 15 years of experience and more than 1 million square feet built in residential, institutional, hospital, educational and commercial projects.
In our company, a project management culture is used based on the PMI – Project Management Institute methodology, which consists of managing projects through the execution of processes, using knowledge, skills, tools and management techniques.
It currently has a wide range of clients and construction projects recognized nationally for its contribution to the development and health of Costa Rican society.
